Where is the lesion? สุนัขพันธุ์ผสมเพศผู้ 7 ขวบ มาด้วยอาการหอบหายใจ และซึมลงเฉียบพลัน ถูกส่งตัวมาตรวจโรคหัวใจ ในวันแรกที่ได้รับการตรวจพบว่ามีอาการหอบ chest x-ray ไม่พบปัญหาจากปอดและหัวใจ สุนัขเกร็งช่วงท้อง ผลเลือดปกติ ยังเดินไปมาได้ จึงแอดมิทเพื่อให้ยาลดปวดและรอ ultrasound ช่องท้อง วันต่อมาไม่ดีขึ้น นั่งหอบตลอดเวลา นอนเหยียดขาหลัง เมื่อจับออกมามีปัสสาวะไหลหยด Neuro exam: both HL proprio -ve patellar -ve, flexor -ve, deep pain +ve hyperesthesia at lower back perineal reflex weak Posture นี้เรียกว่า “Schiff-sherington” ขาหน้าใช้การได้ปกติ แต่เมื่อนอนจะเห็นชัดเลยว่า hyper-extend Where is the anatomical localized […]
